The 95-acre Branson Landing entertainment-retail destination, the largest project ever in Branson's nearly century-old history, offers sumptuous living, eclectic shops, fine dining, intimate cafes and nightspots, and a waterfront boardwalk -- all animated by live entertainment and a first-of-its-kind merging of water, fire, light and music.
The 1.5-mile-long waterfront development features in its town square a dazzling interplay of water fountains that shoot 120-foot geysers and fire cannons that blast large, choreographed fireballs -- all composed to light and music. Daily performances of the Branson Landing Fountains run at the top of every hour from noon to close.
From the town square, you will find more than 100 unique stores and restaurants along a pedestrian-oriented, urban streetscape that's divided into six themed shopping districts. For added convenience, a trolley helps patrons to and from Landing destinations.
Experience world-class shopping year-round between the two anchor stores, Bass Pro Shops and Belk Department Store, and such favorites as Aéropostale, Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works, Brighton Collectibles, Caché, Charlotte-Russe, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Hollister, J. Jill, Victoria's Secret, White House/Black Market and more.

This past spring, Ride The Ducks opened a new location at Branson Landing, offering sightseeing adventures with Land and Lake Tours. The one-hour tours depart daily from Branson Landing's Neighborhood District near Arvest Bank.
Additional waterfront adventures are scheduled to open this fall with Gage's Branson Landing Marina and Shoppes. This new waterfront venue will offer unforgettable cruise experiences on Branson's Lake Queen, Branson's Landing Princess and Branson's Fountain Room, conveniently located on Lake Taneycomo along the boardwalk behind Joe's Crab Shack.
